The
past progressive tense is going to be
used to talk about an action that happens into the past but that at that past
it has a continuity with regard to the action itself but that due to something
or somebody it was stopped just for a while or definitely. Grammatically we
will need to apply the verb TO BE conjured into past tense followed by the main
verb into a gerund way depending on the way it is from the three we already
know.
